Pseudo SRAM combines the best of the SRAM and DRAM worlds. Externally, it behaves like a SRAM to the CPU but is actually based on a DRAM and internal circuitry takes care of the refreshing of the memory cells.
The advantage is that PSRAM is cheaper because of the DRAM process and still has the same simple access for the processor as SRAM.
PSRAM is used in automotive and industrial control systems as well as FBGA-based systems that benefit from reduced control complexity but also in IoT wearable devices.
We offer PSRAM from the following manufacturers:

4Mb - 256Mb
133 MHz
available in commercial and industrial grades
x8, x16
1.7V – 3V
BGA (48, 49, 54)
