LPDDR4x
LPDDR4x (x stands for extended) cuts down the I/O voltage by 50% compared to DDR4 and 17% compared to LPDDR4. All this in a smaller package and with a density of up to 96Gb.
Please note: LPDDR4X isn’t backward compatible with LPDDR4. So, even if a device is compatible with faster LPDDR4 memory, it may not work with LPDDR4X.
