What we are looking forward to


  • A university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable commercial or technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in the memory industry – ideally with a manufacturer, distributor, or reseller
  • Willingness to regularly visit customers on-site
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative, and organizational skills
  • A high level of accuracy and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and data management tools (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)

Your Responsibilities


As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the key link between our customers, the sales team, and inside sales. You actively contribute to the development and implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategies, ensuring our customers are well supported and our products are successfully positioned in the market. Your role includes:


  • Managing, advising, and strategically developing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers
  • Advising customers on the selection of DRAM and Flash products from both a technical and business perspective
  • Collaborating closely with our product marketing team
  • Preparing and negotiating customer-specific offers and solutions
  • Documenting all activities in the CRM system
  • Representing MEMPHIS Electronic at trade shows and industry events
