Manual: fill the content field in the Panel to define the card title, sub-title, text, and image (media).
From other sources: inside the content field there is a reference field, which define an external link to a News-Entry, Page, Product, files, or even external links (see the target field inside the reference). When the reference points to other collection types (such as News-Entries or Pages), the content will be automatically filled with the reference target's data.
