MEMPHIS Electronic, a leading specialized distributor of memory ICs, DRAM modules and flash solutions, is launching a family of DDR5 memory modules in commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Samples are available in late Q4 and will be on display at electronica 2022 in hall B4, booth 439. With Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things applications becoming ubiquitous, the need for high-speed, high-capacity memory in industrial applications is increasing rapidly. Addressing this demand, MEMPHIS Electronic has configured DDR5 modules with 16 and 32 Gigabyte capacities and 5600 MHz clock frequency.
