MEMPHIS Electronic AG legal company name was changed to MEMPHIS Electronic GmbH. The name change has already been published in the commercial register and is therefore legally binding with immediate effect. The new executive management will be taken over by Dr.-Ing. Peter Pöchmüller and Marco Mezger.
The company is registered in the commercial register of the local court of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe under the number HRB 15654.
The address and the VAT ID remain unchanged. The contracts concluded under the previous name also continue to apply.
